Long Way Round:

This documentary series follows actors Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman on a motorcycle trip around the world. The two friends will travel through such places as Siberia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, and Alaska, before finally ending the journey in New York. The filming will be done by on board cameras and one ride along cameraman.

Long Way Down:

Two guys take a trip of several months on motorcycles. They travel from the North of Scotland, down through Europe, into Africa, finally winding up in Cape Town, South Africa.

Friday Confessional

  I confess...That I am super-duper pumped that it is Friday! I confess...That I'm ready to be home again.I've been pesitting M-F for the past three weeks!I miss my bed and I miss my dog and I miss Ashley. I confess...That I am re-reading The Host for the sixth or seventh time.Acutaly, I'm listening to it on my iPhone through the Audible app! I confess...That yesterday was my first time to try a Gyro and I love love loved it!! I confess...That I haven't been eating well or exercising.I have my cruise in 2.5 months and I absolutely HAVE to get back on track. I confess...That I am super excited for the BBQ I am hosting at my house tomorrow night.Thanks to my baby brother who has agreed to do all of the grilling!!  Hope everyone has a blessed, fun-filled weekend!!!!

As you can see, I don't spend a lot of money on makeup.
80% of the items above were given to me by my cousin who
worked in the makeup department at our local grocery store.

I actually just recently stopped wearing makeup every day to work.
The only time I wear makeup is when I am going out on the weekends.

Friday Confessional

  I confess...That it has been a rough past couple of days due to my blasted allergies, which I'm pretty sure has turned into a sinus infection. (We won't go into the coloring of my snot. You're welcome.)  I confess...That I am super excited to see The Help tonight!!I read the book last year and was so excited to hear that a movie was being made. I was even more excited to hear that Emma Stone was playing the main character. I adore her!!  I confess...That I get super addicted to TV. Seriously addicted.Just started watching Rookie Blue two weeks ago and now I have watched the entire first and second season. It is so good!  I confess...That I have had zero energy and no desire to workout all week. Could be due to the blasted allergies I mentioned before. I feel so run down... Bleh.  I confess...That I am super excited to sleep in my own bed tonight and snuggle with Romey.(I've been petsitting the past two weeks.)  I confess...That I'm finding it hard to stay awake at my desk right now.   I confess...That I am sad I still have three hours left of work.  I confess...That I'm so glad it's Friday!!  The end.

Oh, Happy Day!

I am so happy this weeks is finally over!!

I am so happy that I get to go to dinner and a

movie with six of my amazing friends!! We are

going to see The Help and I'm so excited!!!

I am so happy that we finally get to have our huge

family garage sale tomorrow. I'm putting the money

I make in savings for my cruise trip in October.

I am so happy that the person I have been petsitting

for has just added another week in September. This

will now give me a total of $500 in two months.

I am so happy that I finally got all of my filing done today 

at work. I do my filing once a month but the past two

months I had procrastinated so it gave me double the

amount of filing. But now it's over with and I don't

have to do it again until the first week of September.

I am so happy that Rookie Blue is coming back next

summer for a third season. I recently just got into this

show and watched the first and second season. I was

a little worried that the show got cancelled because it only

had 8 episodes in the second season but I just googled it

and saw that it was picked up for a third season. Yay!!

I am so happy today is Friday!!
